Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the workload for a region in England, reviewing case files and providing feedback on how to learn from claims to prevent future harm.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maternity care, working closely with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
- Represent NHS Resolution at external meetings with key stakeholders in maternity care, promoting our work and expertise.
- Contribute to the development of the EN scheme, working with the EN family liaison and mediation lead and wider team.
- Lead presentations internally and externally for Trusts, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
