Clinical Teaching Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Fellow to join our Obstetrics and Gynaecology team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Maternal Medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
This is a non-training post, offering an exciting opportunity for a doctor to gain experience in a dynamic and friendly team. The post holder will work at a level equivalent to a ST3+ trainee and will be responsible for providing clinical care to patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to patients with complex medical conditions
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in MDT clinics and contribute to service development
- Develop and maintain expertise in Maternal Medicine
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Completed post-graduate training to a level of an ST3 specialty doctor or equivalent in obstetrics and gynaecology
- Possess or eligible to apply for GMC Registration
- Familiarity with UK health system and NHS
- Up-to-date and fit to practise safely
Desirable:
- Experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
- Interest in Maternal Medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
