Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective relationship-building and account management.
- Support quotes, tenders, and special projects to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion, and value creation to enhance customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to discuss customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement a sales plan and pipeline to achieve business objectives.
- Support the ideation and implementation of sales initiatives, such as campaigns, training, and sales enablers.
- Stay up-to-date with category knowledge, products, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
- Understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments.
- Ability to liaise with different stakeholders within the organization and customers' stakeholders at various levels.
