Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own, where you will be responsible for driving new business growth and delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and support quotes, tenders, and special projects
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion, and value creation
- Support Sales Organisation in discussions with customers
- Develop your own sales plan and pipeline
- Support ideation and implementation of sales initiatives
- Keep up to date with category knowledge, products, and application
Requirements:
- Understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments
- Ability to liaise with different stakeholders in the organisation
- Ability to liaise with customers' stakeholders at various levels
