Business Development Manager

At Brammer Buck & Hickman, we are seeking a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about building customer relationships and driving sales growth.
We work with some of the biggest names in the manufacturing sector, providing them with the parts, spares, PPE, and tools they need to remain operational. Our Regional Account Managers play a crucial role in identifying new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones, ultimately driving business growth and development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take ownership of their sales pipeline and work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to improve customer businesses by reducing costs and increasing production efficiency.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide customers with tailored solutions and services
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to ensure targets are met
