Clinical Nurse Specialist Paediatric Orthopaedics Expert

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic and evidence-based care throughout the Orthopaedic pathway.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist nursing advice and emotional support to patients and their families
- Drive service development and staff education in Paediatric Orthopaedics
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Operate autonomously, overseeing the patient journey and making informed decisions
- Children's Nursing Qualification – RN Child or RSCN with valid NMC registration
- At least 5 years post-registration experience in Children's nursing
- First degree in nursing or a health-related subject
- Relevant qualification in the specialist area with at least 12 months of experience
- Mentorship qualification
- Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support certification
- Experience in audit and research relevant to the specialism
- Knowledge of safeguarding processes with up-to-date Level 3 Safeguarding qualification
