Paediatric Orthopaedic Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist in paediatric orthopaedics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with a range of orthopaedic conditions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in paediatric orthopaedics. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat children and young people with orthopaedic conditions, using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- NHS experience and orthopaedic experience.
- Paediatric experience and two years post-grad experience.
- Desirable: evidence of working within paediatric physiotherapy, management or leadership training, previous experience of supervision and clinical education, good knowledge of clinical governance, experience in acute respiratory physio, and experience collecting stats/data analysis.
