Paediatric Orthopaedic Physiotherapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist with an interest in Paediatric Orthopaedics to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with elective orthopaedic conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, treat, and manage children and young people with complex orthopaedic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and training to junior staff and students.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements- NHS experience.
- Orthopaedic experience.
- Paediatric experience.
- Two years post-grad experience.
- Evidence of working within paediatric physiotherapy.
- Evidence of management or leadership training.
- Previous experience of supervision and clinical education.
- Good knowledge of clinical governance.
- Experience in acute respiratory physio.
- Evidence of experience collecting stats/data analysis.
- Experience casting.
