You will carry out assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life, using your clinical skills to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life
  • Use your clinical skills to produce a factual report to help the DWP determine their eligibility for benefits
  • Work with a diverse range of customers and handle challenging situations
