About the Physiotherapist Functional Assessor Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
- Listen to customers' experiences, ask questions, and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.
- Work on a variety of cases across a range of conditions, using your clinical knowledge and assessment skills to deliver a quality and respectful service.
