As a key member of our UK Strategic Reseller Team at Bose, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining exceptional strategic partnerships with leading UK retailers.

With a strong focus on profitable revenue growth, you will develop innovative multi-year account plans that elevate the Bose brand above its competitors within the market. Your attention to detail will be crucial in building accurate and reliable product & account forecasts that align with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full responsibility for account revenue targets, expenses, and performance.
  2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key UK retailers.
  3. Develop and implement account plans that drive profitable revenue growth and elevate the Bose brand.
  4. Work closely with retailers to measure performance and build sales & marketing initiatives.
  5. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and marketing costs with retailers.
  6. Present regular account reviews and product launch plans to retailers and internal senior management.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  8. Manage account administration, including SOA confirmations, tracking, and claims processing.

Requirements:

  1. English fluency (verbal, written, and presentational).
  2. Experience working with retailers digitally.
  3. Strong understanding of online sales maximization.
  4. Driven and self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
  5. Exceptional relationship building, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  6. Strong financial acumen and business planning ability.
  7. Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  8. Team player with cross-functional and international experience.
