We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Brampton Recruitment Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations

  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software (preferred)
  • Confident in MS Excel
