This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a female client in Congleton, supporting her with personal care, medication, and daily activities. As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for promoting her independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication management and clinical equipment
- Encouraging independence and promoting a safe and healthy environment
- Providing emotional support and companionship
