We are seeking a skilled Construction Claims Specialist to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our specialist claims and disputes division, you will work closely with senior staff on projects requiring planning and delay analysis expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of using common planning software such as Primavera and Asta PowerProject, TILOS, CEMAR, Excel. Excellent communication and writing skills are also essential for this role.

As a Delay Analysis Consultant, you will handle delay claims on live projects, supporting an expert witness in arbitration and litigation proceedings. Your ability to advise clients on problematic projects, including dispute avoidance tactics and alternative resolution techniques, will be crucial.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a salary in the range of £55k-75k (dependent on experience), plus 33 days holiday inclusive of 8 Bank holidays. You will also receive regular performance and pay reviews, as well as support to achieve relevant professional memberships and higher qualifications.
