We are seeking a Solicitor to join our leading Industrial Disease team at IDEX Consulting.
As an Industrial Disease Claims Specialist, you will manage a diverse caseload of claims ranging from vibration-related injuries, noise-induced hearing loss, skin disease, and lung disease. Your expertise will enable clients to receive the compensation they deserve for their suffering.
You will support junior colleagues and contribute to training and mentoring trainees, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer and enhancing our team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress industrial disease claims efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide training and guidance to junior solicitors and trainees
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of PQE handling industrial disease claims
- Strong passion for helping others and representing individuals who have been wronged
Benefits Package:
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days in office
- Increasing pension contribution
- Flexible starting hours between 8am and 10am
- Generous time off including 20 days annual leave and 12 public holidays
