Construction Claims Specialist

We are recruiting for a seasoned Construction Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quantum analysis and claims management, with experience in working on complex construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or commercial management, with a master's degree in a relevant specialism highly preferred. Experience in developing and pursuing claims up or down the supply chain is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is between £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes annual bonuses, 35 days' holiday, and a pension scheme with employer matching contributions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of a contract and commercial strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes.
- Critically analyse project and major programme performance, identifying root cause of those elements in distress.
- Effective stakeholder management with clients and at all levels of the supply chain.
