Quantum Analysis Specialist

As a highly skilled Quantum Analysis Specialist, you will be working closely with our team of experts to deliver top-notch services in claims, disputes, and expert witness work. With a strong background in quantity surveying or commercial management, you will be responsible for providing expert-level quantum analysis and driving results in a range of disputes.
This role is ideal for ambitious leaders who thrive on delivering high-quality services and possess a proven track record of success. You will be part of a global consultancy known for delivering high-quality advisory services in claims, disputes, and expert witness work.
We offer a competitive salary up to £150,000 (DOE) and a highly competitive bonus structure. In addition, you will enjoy flexible and hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties- Lead the development of a contract and commercial strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes in line with client outcomes.
- Review and assess contemporaneous project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes.
- Perform detailed quantum forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation.
- Effectively manage stakeholders, including clients and other advisors, through regular meetings and clear communication.
- Analyse project and major programme performance to identify root causes of distress.
- Develop and pursue claims up or down the supply chain.
- Support the interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or a similar degree in construction.
- Master's degree in an applicable construction specialism, preferably a construction law LLM or similar.
