About the Role:

Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a Financial Analysis Specialist to join our team at NatWest Group. As a key member of our Finance Operating Model team, you will play a crucial role in defining and realising the Finance Operating Model by supporting data-led analysis and providing input to Operating Model reviews.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the capture and analysis of Finance benchmarking and activity analysis data
  • Developing simple ways to capture and analyse data, making it easily accessible
  • Building, managing, and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third-party suppliers
  • Owning and developing a Finance-wide approach to industry benchmarking
  • Supporting the implementation of specific structural changes in partnership with HR organisation design teams
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with experience of industry benchmarking exercises, an awareness of Finance processes and teams, and an analytical mindset. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work are also essential.

We require someone who can:

  • Develop tools and apply AI to support in simpler collection of data across Finance
  • Awareness of business operating model levers to support on identification of patterns and opportunities through activity analysis and benchmarking
  • Good stakeholder management skills to engage with leaders on the gathering and approvals of data in line with timelines
  • Strong data analysis skills to enable the identification, tracking, and reporting of OKRs to Finance forums

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
