We are seeking a Financial Proposition Specialist to join our proposition team at Nucleus Financial Platforms group. Our ambition is to create a platform with a difference, putting the customer centre stage. We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Wrap Proposition and Products in the design and delivery of our proposition roadmap. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure developments meet the needs of our customers and contribute to business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in proposition management, product development, or a similar role within the financial services industry. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team, give constructive feedback on process improvements, and contribute to a product backlog from ideas to feedback.
