We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior researchers to deliver user research support to digital product teams. Your expertise will help us design new products and services that provide real value to our users.
Your main responsibilities will include planning and designing inclusive user research activities, conducting research with diverse groups of users, and providing clear findings that colleagues can understand and use. You will also be involved in supporting accessible and inclusive design and development of products and services.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our community of User-Centred Design specialists. As a User Researcher, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our services and help us achieve our goal of creating a fair and competitive financial market.
We offer a competitive salary range of £41,800 - £52,200 per annum (National) or £46,000 - £57,400 per annum (London), depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, hybrid working, private healthcare, and a non-contributory pension scheme.
