Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive sales growth and expand our client base within the retail sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail environments, including branding, store design, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and target potential clients in the retail sector for fitout projects.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored fitout solutions.
  4. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely communication.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the retail fitout and construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • A competitive package depending on experience, estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
