New Business Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the HORECA industry, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and managing accounts for repeat business and upselling.
Salaries and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a car allowance, company pension scheme (up to 5% employer match), and £300 wellbeing allowance. You will also receive a laptop, mobile phone, and company credit card for business use.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across the HORECA sector.
- Build relationships with decision-makers in medium to large-scale businesses.
- Manage and grow accounts post-acquisition, leveraging opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring commission earnings.
Requirements
- A proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within the HORECA or related industries.
- Exceptional new business development skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for delivering results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
