About the Team

We are a dynamic and compassionate team at United Response, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to adults with multiple needs. As a Compassionate Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independent lives.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that each person receives the best possible care and support. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and participating in recreational activities.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A driver's license is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £11.75 per hour

Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week, including evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts
