About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Doctor in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our team at the Royal Oldham Hospital. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our diabetes and endocrine services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in diabetes and endocrinology, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for medical learners and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and service delivery.
