About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Doctor in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our team at the Royal Oldham Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical decision-making, and supporting the learning and development of junior medical staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes in the diabetes and endocrine service.
- Hold clinical responsibility for patients in your care, ensuring dignity, compassion, and safeguarding are prioritized.
- Lead senior decision-making around patient care, supporting the learning and development of junior medical staff.
- Evidence and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of governance principles.
