We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Bereavement Care Coordinator to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our bereavement care team, you will provide emotional and psychological support to bereaved families and relatives, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and compassion during one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert bereavement care to individuals and families affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, and termination of pregnancy for medical reasons.
  • Work closely with the specialist bereavement midwifery team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to bereavement care.

Salary: £44,806 - £53,134 per annum (pro rata)

Location: London
