About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Lead to join our Marketing-Communications team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies and tactics to deliver business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists to deliver high-quality digital campaigns and experiences.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and develop estimates for media and digital service investments.
  • Monitor campaign status, track deliverables, and manage resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns that drive business results.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare/medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital channel strategy and account management.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers and lead virtual teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to identify and nurture talent.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with continuous improvement programs.
  • Experience with multichannel digital campaigns across EMEA markets.
  • Knowledge and interest in new and emerging healthcare technologies.
