About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Lead to join our Marketing-Communications team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies and tactics to deliver business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists to deliver high-quality digital campaigns and experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with continuous improvement programs.
