Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Lead to join our Marketing-Communications team in the UK or Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business outcomes in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition, design, execution, and measurement of all digital marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the team's objectives and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage a team of indirect reports to deliver digital campaigns and experiences in support of the ResMed go-to-market in EMEA, working across multiple internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
  • Define key results and targets, build estimates media and digital service investment, as well as digital resource capacity and overall campaign timing.
  • Manage and monitor campaign status reporting, tracking deliverables from the digital marketing team, issue and risk management, and resource allocation across portfolio.
  • Ensure campaign specialists meet established schedules, help resolve technical and operational issues, and accomplish digital delivery goals.
  • Work closely with Digital Channel Leaders to develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns that help ResMed achieve its brand building and acquisition goals.
Requirements
  • You are a digital marketing expert who excels in digital channel strategy and account management with proven success in the healthcare/medical device industry.
  • 7+ years in client-facing roles that require a mix of influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding, and execution.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers, work effectively to lead and be part of a virtual and dispersed team, and ensure delivery milestones.
  • Strong collaboration skills, bringing teams together, identifying and nurturing talent.
  • Creating digital solutions, coordinating preparation of campaign and digital capability proposals with technology and domain SMEs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, identification, and implementation of continuous improvement programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience as a healthcare and DTC marketer, having launched multichannel digital campaigns across an array of EMEA markets.
  • Knowledge and interest in new and emerging healthcare technologies.
  • Prior agency-side, consulting, or in-house agency experience is helpful.
