Job Summary:

The Digital Engagement Lead EMEA will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive business outcomes in the EMEA region. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital campaigns and experiences that meet the needs of ResMed's customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure effective delivery of digital marketing services.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in ResMed's digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client-facing roles and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
