Digital Communications Executive

Moxie and Mettle Limited is seeking an experienced Digital Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital communications strategies that engage and inform our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish content for our intranet and social media channels, including articles, information, and updates.
  • Manage and publish articles, information, and updates on our internal and external digital communication platforms.
  • Provide input into our corporate external-facing website and LinkedIn account.
  • Work closely with our Communications Consultant to identify opportunities, draft materials, and plan for implementing business projects and change programmes.
  • Oversee and engage with external agencies hosting our digital channel platforms.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in looking after digital platforms, notably internal, in a matrix organisation with international connections.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in communications/public relations or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing and creative skills.
  • Hands-on experience of owning content across digital channels, including an intranet.
  • Competence in measurement, data, analytics, and insight.
  • Proven ability to translate complicated messages into simple, engaging language.
  • Positive, proactive, and resourceful team-player.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other life science industry communications environment is advantageous, or in a highly regulated environment where you've dealt with technical data such as financial services, tech, oil, and gas.
