Teacher Required for SEN Class in East London:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN teacher to join our team at a reputable SEN school in East London. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be teaching a mixed KS3 class of 6 pupils who are all working at P levels. Much of the work will be based loosely on the Early Years curriculum with a particular focus on developing social and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with students with Autism and SLD
  • Ability to use PECS and Makaton
  • Flexible and able to use own initiative where required

What We Offer:

A competitive daily rate, estimated to be around £120-£150 per day, inclusive of holiday pay. Additionally, we offer excellent training and support to help you excel in your role.
