Teaching Assistant Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at NYKays Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant for ASD and SEN, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special educational needs.

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with ASD and SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment by collaborating with colleagues and adhering to the school's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three months' experience supporting children with ASD and associated challenging behaviors. They must be committed to working with children with special educational needs, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage confrontation and challenging behavior effectively.
