SEN Teaching Assistant for KS1 Students with Autism

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students in KS1 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting these students to reach their full potential.
As a KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support and guidance to students with ASD. You will be responsible for developing and implementing EHCPs, building positive relationships with students and staff, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Work 1:1 with students with ASD in a KS1 classroom setting
- Assist in the creation and implementation of EHCPs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure student progress and wellbeing
