Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN, including Autism and ADHD, in a 1:1 setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students' academic and personal growth, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including Autism and ADHD, in a 1:1 setting.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  3. Encourage and support students in achieving their academic targets, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Degree preferred in core subjects or similar.
  • Experience working with secondary-aged children, particularly those with SEN.
  • High levels of professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating regularly with teachers and other support staff.
Salary and Benefits:

£26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
