We are looking for an experienced SEN teacher to join our team as a Specialist Teacher for ASD students in Ealing. The successful candidate will have QTS and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The role involves teaching a small class of students with varying ASD needs, ensuring personalised support for each learner. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental and academic levels of the students.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teach students with ASD, focusing on their individual needs.
  2. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  3. Manage a team of Specialist Teaching Assistants to provide additional support.
  4. Monitor student progress and collaborate with parents, SENCOs, and external specialists.

Requirements:

  • QTS and experience working with ASD students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
