Sales Management Position - Midlands Patch

We are recruiting for a Sales Management Position in the Midlands area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to work in a dynamic industry with a strong company culture.

About the Role:

  • 70/30 split of account management and business development
  • 3-4 days out on the road visiting clients and prospects
  • Chasing up leads delivered by marketing and sales administrators
  • Covering a midlands patch

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (OTE 65K)
  • £6500 car allowance
  • 12.5% pension
  • 25 days holiday
