Business Development Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Insurance Coordinator to join our team in Bexhill. Our client is a renowned insurance company with over 40 years of experience providing comprehensive insurance services to both private and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand commercial insurance offerings, while ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the annual insurance cycle. Additionally, they must stay informed about industry developments and policy changes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients and partners.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to grow commercial insurance business.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and policy changes to drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in commercial insurance business development.
  2. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Work Schedule:

This role requires two days per week in the office, with flexibility to accommodate different work arrangements.

Regular training and professional development opportunities will take place in the office.

Estimated Annual Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
