Business Development Professional

beBee Professionals in Newcastle upon Tyne is searching for a skilled Business Development Professional to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role with a strong understanding of CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
