We are looking for a Resourcer and Business Development Professional to join our team at BMC Appointments Ltd.

About the Role

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Negotiating salaries and benefits packages with clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

We offer a highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme, starting at a minimum of 20% for billings, along with a business development bonus.

You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including monthly and yearly incentives tailored to your billing targets, as well as an annual company bonus scheme.
