Southeastern is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead and direct a team dedicated to reducing crime, anti-social behaviour, and fare evasion on our railway network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of enforcement officers to ensure the security of our railway network.
- Conduct high-visibility patrols on trains and at stations to prevent and detect crime.
- Work in partnership with other departments and outside agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of incidents and enforcement activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team in a law enforcement or security environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
