Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential assets, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and defects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of property management services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building safety inspections or property management.
  • NEBOSH Fire Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid UK driving license.

Salary: £46,754.23 per annum, depending on experience.
