Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Asset Manager to join our team at Legal & General. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in residential property management and technical surveying to drive asset optimisation and deliver commercial and quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end approach to asset management is robust and efficient. This includes capturing and maintaining accurate asset and component data, working closely with the development team, contracts team, and external partners to ensure compliance and standards are met. Additionally, they will review and assure servicing and planned maintenance approaches proposed and delivered by management providers and external partners. The role also involves collaborating with the data team to ensure asset data assurance, capturing product lifecycles, and evaluating replacement costs based on industry and market conditions. A strong understanding of customer insight around quality of home and identification of areas for improvement is also essential.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
