Job Overview

At Legal & General, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Asset Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of residential assets, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property management, asset optimisation, and technical expertise in affordable housing. They will work closely with our development, contracts, and data teams to ensure seamless asset management throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement asset management strategies to drive business growth and improve quality of home.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate asset and component data capture pre-handover.
  3. Work with contracts and external partners to maintain and assure asset and component data throughout the component lifecycle.
  4. Review and assure servicing and planned maintenance approaches proposed by management providers and external partners.
  5. Support the Head of Investment and Compliance in business planning assumptions for long-term asset investment.
  6. Contribute to the achievement of Net Zero Carbon goals through retrofit works.

As a Senior Residential Asset Manager at Legal & General, you will be rewarded with an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
