Head of IT Operations

Job Summary:
Xpertise Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to lead our IT Operations team. As Head of IT Operations, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimising operations, service quality and efficiency. You will lead the IT Operations team, ensuring SLA's are met and service is of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement and optimise operations, service quality and efficiency
- Lead the IT Operations team, ensuring SLA's are met and service is of the highest quality
- Implement a vision and strategy for the team in conjunction with the IT Leadership Team
- Manage the team's budget, recognising opportunities to reduce capex and opex spend
- Oversee the teams working underneath your direct reports
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and meet the business objectives
- Act as an escalation point for any issues that can't be resolved by your team
Requirements:
- Excellent relationships builder with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of varying technical capabilities
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Knowledge of ISO27001
- ITIL or Project Management Certified
