About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Caseworker- non-opiate. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients experiencing problems with substance use, domestic abuse, and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients with issues around alcohol and substance use, delivering psychosocial interventions to help clients reach their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Develop and implement care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and resources, enhancing the overall quality of service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant training and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise and enhance service delivery.
