The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial import and export, quotations, invoicing, and processing. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day queries and sales for both UK and non-UK businesses, dealing with customs and shipping documentation, and developing processes and procedures to improve export operations.

This role involves creating quotations, keeping customers up to date with orders and shipments, and working closely with marketing to target new customers and research market opportunities overseas. The successful candidate will also have experience with SAGE 200 and be able to process sales orders and purchase stock as required.

As an International Trade and Sales Coordinator, you will have a strong understanding of commercial import and export regulations and be able to identify opportunities to improve our operations. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
