EHS Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team at AB Agri Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and regulations, developing and implementing EHS strategies, and coordinating training and development activities related to EHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and action plans linked to Target Zero.
  • Ensure AB Agri sites are in full compliance with UK, EU, and international environmental legislation.
  • Liaise with local authorities, public bodies, and relevant regulatory agencies (including Trade Associations) to ensure the company's activities are compliant with environmental laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Agriculture or Environmental practices such as Environmental Science, Environmental Law, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in EHS management, within the feed manufacturing or food industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working option connected with our Peterborough head office. Please note that you will be required to travel out to various sites across the country and overseas at times to meet business needs.
