Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

This Is Prime is a purpose-driven business that uses technology to make people better in their jobs. We're now growing our sales team in Nottingham and looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for booking in product demos & meetings for the business development team. Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting potential new customers through cold calling, supplemented with strategic LinkedIn & Email work.
  • Working closely with the BDM team to ensure that the most is made from every opportunity.
  • Working towards targets, including regular activity targets such as call time and calls made.

What's In It for You?

This role offers a competitive base salary of £27,500, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top. You'll be rewarded for all the successful demos that you book, as well as a percentage of any deals that convert.

You'll also have opportunities for progression, with the potential to earn a promotion to Senior SDR in just 6 months, and further opportunities for advancement in the future.

At This Is Prime, we have a flat structure that means you'll have direct contact time with the CEO and decisions are made quickly. We're a small business with a big mission, and we're proud of our purpose-driven approach to business.

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous sales experience, although it's not essential. Previous experience in a phone-based customer service or call center role would be advantageous.
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to put in 100% effort.
  • Intelligence, articulacy and credibility on the phone, as you'll be having conversations with C-level and senior executives.
