The role of Sales Representative involves providing customer-centric sales advice and support, working towards sales targets in accordance with company sales forecasts. This includes administration of the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents, and attending final inspections and customer hand-overs for all regional sales outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up all marketing leads
  • Achieve target sales
  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored sales advice
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales process
  • Attend final inspections and customer hand-overs
